What is personal data?

Any information by which a natural person becomes identifiable, such as: a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, one or more elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, etc.

Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission (including to third parties), dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking/restriction, erasure or destruction.

What are the risks generated by improper processing and non-compliance with national and European legal provisions?

The risk to which Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law No. 677/200, as subsequently amended and supplemented, refers is defined as follows: "The risk [..] may result from the processing of personal data which could result in physical, material or moral harm, in particular in cases where: the processing may lead to discrimination, identity theft or fraud, financial loss, damage to reputation, loss of confidentiality of personal data protected by professional secrecy, unauthorised reversal of pseudonymisation or any other significant disadvantage of an economic or social nature," (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data)

What measures has our company taken to collect and securely process your personal data?

We also assure you that our company manages in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person, with the objective of eliminating the risks related to the security of your personal data. First Raven SRL guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data hosted and transmitted through its IT system, the databases are protected including by electronic encryption, collaboration protocols have been concluded with the companies involved in this process, data security specifications have been provided in the collaboration contracts as well as in the internal procedures and there are confidentiality provisions in the contracts of our employees.

What are the purposes of collecting and processing personal data?

The purposes of collecting personal data are: advertising on the Internet or in offline environments, domain registration, internal customer records and statistics, marketing and advertising, electronic communications as well as for the offering of services. It is necessary to provide the data, as they are also necessary for commercial communications, product delivery and the issuance of fiscal documents.

How long is data kept?

We note that our company keeps the data as long as the legal requirement regarding accounting documents provides, does not archive them, does not use them for advertising purposes, they are automatically deleted upon notification to the person by sending a notification to this effect by e-mail.

What are the rights of the individuals whose data is collected and processed?

• The right to information – you can request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
• The right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") - you can obtain the deletion of data if their processing was not lawful or in other cases provided for by law;
• The right to restrict processing – you can request the restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided for by law;
• Right to object – you can object, in particular, to data processing based on our legitimate interest;
• Right to rectification – you can rectify inaccurate personal data or complete it;
• The right to data portability – you can receive, under certain conditions, the personal data you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format or you can request that the data be transmitted to another operator;
• The right to file a complaint – you can file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
• Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, with processing carried out prior to withdrawal remaining valid;
• Additional rights related to automated decisions: you can request and obtain human intervention regarding the processing, express your point of view regarding it and contest the decision
